It has the big bonus of a garden out the back of about 85sqm so plenty of room for a pool...if required..and of course lots of growing areas for flowers, fruit, vegetables tec,,,plus outside dining.  So perfect too for dogas and children as very safe. So the house itself has a nice entrance hall, 2 living rooms  and a kitchen - this will need updating probably - plus a bedroom and bathroom. Then upstairs to the 1st floor where there are 3 more bedrooms and of course the lovely terrace. Structurally the house is solid with no problems so any work will be cosmetic updating for personal taste. What a great hoiday home and also perfect for living there full time.
