Reforming and Building

Many spanish houses whether in villages and towns or out in the rural countryside, often need some sort of work. This can be minor interior things such as plastering and painting, fitting new kitchens and bathrooms and general updating.

But there are those that need more – upgrading electrics and plumbing, new roof, reforming of the exterior to create a totally new property and outside maintenance on the land – creating terraces, even installing a pool etc.

All of these works need to be undertaken by  experienced builders and workmen. We can assist in introductions to local independent builders whom we know have the necessary experience to provide an excellent service with all the correct permissions in place. We can arrange for you to meet  local workmen onsite who will give you a fair estimate of any works required and can even help with suggestions on what kind of finish you require. You then decide if the property chosen is right for you or not and also you select which builder to use.

Please note: we are not responsible for any work undertaken. We suggest you appoint a project manager if you are unable to spend time in Spain whilst the work is carried out.
